1. Our Return & Exchange Commitment

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and operational security reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All Concealed Carry Shirts (due to specialized modification requirements)
  • Any items with custom alterations or special orders
  • Products without original tags or showing signs of wear

2. Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item(s) securely with all original tags and packaging. Include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship to:

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
